Caramel Popcorn

My sweet friend sent me a recipe the other day. It was for caramel popcorn. I finally made it this evening and it was super easy and super yummy!

Mary's Caramel Popcorn
Mix and boil gently for 3 -4 minutes: ½ c butter or margarine & 1 c brown sugar

Add: 1 tsp baking powder

Pour over 3 pkgs popped corn and mix well (I used one microwave popcorn bag)

I forgot to add the baking powder and it was still great. I also roasted some peanuts in a pan and added those too.
