The pizza was amazing!
The kids are still talking about it. I found recipe online I wanted to try. It uses ranch dressing instead a tomato sauce. I made one pizza with tomato sauce and one with ranch dressing, just in case the new recipe wasn't good. :)

Here is the chef with his master piece!
I used my mom's pizza recipe that has NEVER failed me. It is sooo good. I tried a different recipe last week and it was no where as good. SO I will never stray again. ;)
Grandma's Pizza Recipe
1 tsp yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tbps salad oil
3-3 1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons oil
Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl. Stir in sugar, salt, 3 tbsp oil and 2 cups of the flour. beat until smooth. Sitr in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; knead until smooth, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl; turn greased side up. Cover; let rise in warm place 45 minutes. Heat oven to 400 degrees. This recipe say it make two jelly roll pans worth. If you use two pans your pizza will be thin crust. (this is the way I like it)
Bake for 25 minutes
For the toppings...
Sauce: ranch dressing
marinated grilled chicken
roasted garlic (super easy...just drizzle with olive oil and roast in some foil in the oven)
fresh asparagus
fresh chopped tomatoes
mozzerella cheese
It was amazing....I am making this again next weekend!!!
