Chronicles of our Journey Part 1

We woke up around 3:30 am on Saturday to head to the airport. The kids were so excited. Caleb actually went to bed around 7:30pm the night before so that the morning would hurry up and come. Here they are at 4am ready to head out to the airport.

While waiting at the airport we watched birds eating the leftovers.

We had a very uneventful flight there and got some sleep on the planes, except for Caleb...he was too excited, still! We ran into a team of about 10 young people from the States headed to the mountains to teach at a B. school there. One of the young girls sat next to me on the plane and we had a nice chat.

These are some snaps of our trip from the airport to the Nepali border...


As you can see, people get from point A to point B any way they can...
