Mangoes and Bananas
This is how we buy our bananas...straight off the stalk! You tell the fruit wallah how many kgs you want and she gets her knife and cuts the bananas off. These bananas are little and so sweet! We have the large bananas too, but we like the smaller ones better. And of course I am sure you have noticed the mangoes in the background. IT IS MANGO SEASON!!! There are so many varieties of mangoes. It has taken us some time to find the right mango we love. Below is an ad from a local grocery store.

Bananas and mangos looks delicious.Pop and are eagerly waiting to get to taste fresh bananas in Ecuador. That is pretty cool that the sign is in English.
Fun!! We love Mangoes and can't wait for mango season to hit here! Mangoes are starting to show up in our markets, but they're not sweet yet... End of May, beginning of June, the mangoes are good here :) You guys have different kinds of mangoes down there too! I only recognized a couple of the mangoes on your grocery store add. Fun post :)
